Very simple single page javascript or PHP web app

Below are the details of the task. Please read all the details below before applying. ALSO, PLEASE PLEASE VIEW THE IMAGES ATTACHED BEFORE APPLYING, SO YOU KNOW THE SORT OF WEB APP YOU WILL BE BUILDING AND THE FEATURES REQUIRED. MY BUDGET FOR THE APP IS $80 DOLLARS. A) OUTLINE/PURPOSE OF THE APP The app will let someone upload an image from the computer/laptop or an image from the web and the app will automatically place the image behind the text that says "person of the year, TIME". The app will then let the person resize the image they uploaded and change the position, but nothing else. The app will then let the person save their image to their desktop. I am happy to let you use which ever programming language you want as long as the resulting app is fast, and error/bug free. I will be paying for the apps domain and hosting but will take your advice on how best to host it. I need the job complete within 48 hours. Please see image attached which presents an wireframe/outline of the app so you know what is involved. B) FEATURES OF THE APP 1. Ability for user to upload an image into the app from their desktop or from a URL. 2. The app should automatically place the image the user uploaded behind the current "Time, person of the year" template that is already preloaded into the app. [login to view URL] app should let the user then resize their uploaded image and change the position of their image that they uploaded into the app. 4. The app should then let the user save the image to their desktop. WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED. 1. Complete wireframe/mockup as an adobe illustrator file. 2. Domain name to host the app on. 3. The original "Time person of the year" image that acts as the initial template which will always be in front of which ever image the user uploads. 4. Complete support from me. I will answer any and all questions you have. WHAT I REQUIRE FROM YOU 1. Ability to write accurate, clear and bug free code. 2. Host the app for me, which I will pay for. 3. Ability to make changes that are needed. 4. Ability to communicate well. 5. Ability to follow instructions and use commons sense. Look forward to your applications.
