Website project similar to cloudmining (bitcoin/cryptocurrency)

Dear freelancers, I need a website developer to create a project website with the functionality as described below. (It should be comparable to a cloud mining site similar to genesis-mining or hashflare or to a crypto exchange site, albeit with much smaller complexity.) The project may be implemented with standard tools such as woocommerce. Must be implemented with a reasonable database such as mysql. The website must use https/ssl. - General main website with some information about product, introductory video (to be embedded from youtube) - 'create account' and 'login' buttons, with standard functionality (reset password per email) AND 2-FA via google authenticator - after login, users should see a dashboard with several (max. 4) tabs (as in hashflare). They should be able to enter some crypto adresses, initiate actions (similar to "buy a product", although the project is not a webshop. More details upon request) and have an "account history" (similar to "recent purchases"). - there will be a bitcoind client running and communication should be via jsonrpc. The website should be able to create 2-of-3 multisig adresses, including completely new multisig adresses and multisig adresses with respect to 1 or 2 given (user-entered) public keys. (see [login to view URL]) We also need the ability to automatically generate, sign and broadcast transactions upon user request (after 2-FA and/or email confirmation by user, similar to the "deposit funds" button in cloud mining websites.) - same as above for litecoin and dash. - multi-language support (can just be copies, content localization will later be done externally) - the project should be well documented. - freelance work includes assistance for setting up the webserver, the mailserver (if needed for automated email notifications to users), database, google auth, ssl etc. Thanks for your offers
