Wix Website: Improve Booking Form and Members area

I am currently building a Wix website but find the basic booking form does not do all that I need and has extra bits I would like to remove.
What I will need is two things:
1. a booking form and calendar that does not restrict service times to hours but use days instead (i generally need 2-3 days for each of the services I provide - there are 3 booking options). The calendar does not need hours, just day bookings. I have attached a screen shot of the current booking page.
2. A members area that has a "Progress Section" containing the 4 steps required for each service. For each member, I would like to be able to link a google sheets spreadsheet to each of these steps as we progress (then Required/Processing/Completed buttons for each step) so that the entire operation can occur within the members area. I would then like to be able to link a Final Report.
Being new to Wix, I am not sure if this is possible, if it is easy, if it is hard or if it is impossible! Opinions will be appreciated.
There will likely be future work on the website available if I can find the right Freelancer!
