WooCommerce Variable Products

Looking for a freelancer to help with an update to the way WooComerce handles variations for a specific product. We have a variable product set up with three current variations: Category Type Jersey Type Jersey Size Currently, the user can select the three options and add the product to the cart as a standard WooCommerce product with variations. What we need is for the user to be able to select the first variation (Category Type) and then if they wish to add more than one to the cart at that time, the options display below for the other two variations for each additional item they want. They must be able to make different choices for these two variations (Jersey Size & Jersey Type) independent of each other. These must then add to the cart as separate items. We need to make sure it works like this only for this one product and not affect any other standard products, variation products or subscription products on the site. We have a small budget on this unfortunately so please let me know if this isn't achievable within the specified budget amount.
