I am looking for a WordPress expert that can create a DB of customers who register on our website. [login to view URL] Our previous web designer was called away due to a medical emergency. For example, go to this page: [login to view URL] scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see: Select a store to download App, click the Google Play Button, for example, a popup appears where each person must fill in the form, before they will be linked to the App. store page to download the app. The registration data must be saved into the database where it can 1) generate a thank you auto-response and 2) Allow us to retain customer ID Name and email for future updates. I have all the web address links for each product. Soon as the customer completes the registration form they will be immediately connected to the app store to download the app. see attached form, each product will have the title of the app
