Detail Listing of Immediate Needs/Tasks: Theme Customization - changes to menu, page layout (i.e. number of videos in column/row, widgets) - Adding icons for sites without fa icons - Hyperlinks added to Hompage Titles (Latest Videos and More Videos) Content Management - Thumbnail quality (currently downscaling too much) - Thumbnail size of main preview vs preview images - Auto Add Resolution Options - Option to set some videos to autoplay and loop - add shortcode for all videos to be selected as criteria for latest and all videos on main pages Search Bar Optimization / Customization - Faster results - adding in actors(artist) to results - live autofill previews (like [login to view URL]) Random Nav Bar button - Play a random video on the website User Uploaded Content - User profile customization - Buddypress plugin integration General - Overall Site optimization - Non-Plugin Based Backup Solution Video Page Changes - move animator info above poster Ideal candidates will include which specific tasks they are familiar with (even if its all of them) and general overview of how they would be an asset to the team and their proposed schedule, milestone timeframes any questions they have and anything else that would help us decide who's the best fit for our team. Before providing administrative access to our website an NDA and liability contract will need to be signed for the accountability and protection of the website in terms of IP and functionality.
