We own a classified directory powered by Wordpress still not launched

How it works: advertisers enter Uk postcode when registering. Users enter their postcode in a search box (that is different from the advertisers).This should bring up results showing the nearest advertisers in the area in distance order showing the distance in miles.

Also, there is a dropdown list with cities showing the ones entered by advertisers for users to choose. However the current list is divided by countries (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) but instead, we would like all these cities (as mentioned) in one list displayed in alphabetical order
