I have a case filed and now pending for $6,237.35 on October 5, 2015 in California against [url removed, login to view], LLC dba [url removed, login to view] in Scottsdale, AZ.
I had the defendant served, but at the California Court hearing on 07/06/2017 the court says California has no Jurisdiction over Arizona.
It appears I need to file a complaint in Arizona.
First choice is a Small Claims action with representation in Arizona.
Second is file a Civil Court complaint with a certificate of compulsory arbitration with representation in Arizona.
I can file the complaints but I am requesting representation other than myself in Arizona.
So a quote for both scenarios are requested.
