I see the site is not HTML5, would you consider switching to it an improvement on this category? - Fix functionality problems What problems do you have? I'll need source code access to assess this. - Minor design adjustments If you could list them and describe, better. It's hard to make an informed bid with such a general description. But since this is an hourly project, we can also simply jump in. In any case, I'll need access to the source code in order to review it prior to start. Is this bare PHP or did you use a framework?
