Hi,
We are looking to develop a school management and customer relationship management (CRM) web application (admin panel access only)
Here are a few of the features that we are looking for:
- manage up to 6 different user accounts and give access to information based on role (admin, teacher, student, parent, marketing, front desk)
- assign tasks to different users
- each student will have an individual calendar
- teachers are able to upload content (video, pdf, word) and assign to students or class
- teachers are able to create lesson plans and able to save them for future use
- admin is able to assign lesson plan to teacher/s
- student assessment, teachers are able to make an assessment on the students profile.
- admin is able to edit the assessment values and information content.
- admin can create groups of students, add payments (create invoices), assign teacher to group of students, assign tasks to students, assign tasks to teacher, send group communications, create a class calendar, manage finances dashboard, insert teacher payment (salary), insert and manage expenses and income, manage and view breakeven of each class,
- teacher can view, save, edit lessons plans, make notes on students profile, track activity of each student, assign tasks to students, communicate with students, parents or class, upload learning material (video, audio, pdf, or file) to student or class, track attendance of the class, edit class calendar.
- parent can view assessments, view individual and class calendar, view invoices, pay for invoices, communicate with teacher or admin ( director ),
- marketing can insert campaigns, track results ( monitor activity), notify staff members (teachers, director, front desk staff) of promotions, assign tasks to teachers, front desk or director.
You will be provided with further details in regards to the project once we see that we can work together.
