TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Creation of a members database to be integrated into website (Joomla or Wordpress) that allows search, statistics and download of data into Excel format. The database will include the following fields for input of • Member ID • Name • Date of Birth • Location of Birth • Picture • Nationality (combo box) • Gender (combo box) • ID or Passport Number • Profession • Filiation Date • Country of Residence (combo box) • Province (combo box) • District (combo box) • Administrative Post (combo box) • Location • Neighborhood • Civil Status (combo box) • Name of spouse or partner • Level of Education (combo box) • Field of Education • Date of end of membership • Reason of membership end • Telephone • E-mail The member ID will comprise 3 fields: • The first field corresponds to the Province code (first letter of the province name). • The second field will comprise 8 automatic digits. • The last field is made of a security code which is an automatic sum of the last two digits of the second field. Names of all fields will be provided in Portuguese.
