Link to a drop folder for your excel files that needs to be uploaded to Sharepoint (will require PowerAutomate and Excel needs to be formatted with "Table" 3. Button to create extract of Sharepoint (create csv file and send or save into a sharepoint/onedrive folder) - can also add filtering
