Equipment Manufacturing Quality Control program

The are 5 main pieces of equipment with hydraulics, electrical, fabrication, welding and sandblast and painting that have to be inspected and signed off at each individual location. All of this is to be done on an Ipad. The program has to have a project area, date, area to enter items or stages to be checked then an area to check off or to enter information notes. Each sheet is to have a sign off area for the inspector to initial and then close and have a record of the inspection in the appropriate file. The inspection sheets will need approximately 25 to 30 entry points.
