I am and experienced Project manager - I successfully managed a project to convert a mews warehouse to 8 residential flats near Holborn, London. Phase 1. (London Sept 2016 to Dec 2018). Can supply photo evidence / references if selected - This included all demolition, substructural work - installation of foundations, piles, steel reinforcement, concrete beams. Construction of the superstructure of the building inc- Structural steel, Timber joists, Flooring, wall construction, insulation and windows, roof, electrics, plumbing and drainage. I liaised regularly with Structural engineers, Architects and building control to ensure the project was constructed in line with current regulations and requirements. I was also responsible for all purchases of materials, tools, equipment, plant hire and coordination of deliveries to ensure the building team had everything they needed to carry out the work. In addition i project managed a conversion of a 2 bed property in SW18 in to a well proportioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Maisonette including a roof terrace and loft conversion (Summer 2018). (The project took 14 weeks from demolition of existing structure to finalised completion of the new loft conversion.) I am currently looking for a new project to be involved with and i would be very interested in helping project manage - the extension and renovation of house as i have experience running property projects and dealing with Subcontractors, Architects & Engineers.
