As an experienced python developer, I can deliver you the project almost in less than half a day because I've done lots of projects like this with Python libraries like Scrapy (building complex pipelines), Selenium (Testing enterprise Odoo ERP application) and requests (Scraping ASP.NET and Webform web applications that has lots of complexity and random generated data witch get the scraping almost impossible without a webdriver). I believe that it would not be wise to save the actual images in the CSV file (for the matter of the size of the CSV file) but rather we can save the images into a separate folder with their name and save those file path rather than the actual image (which is not impossible). also, we can use another pass that uses SQLite (or any other databases) which you can Query the data and fetch data in using queries executed on the database or normalize data into tables and relate them with relational keys (also CSV is a less complex way to get to the purpose).
