existing python+selenium software monitoring -- 2

I have a fully working software written in python+selenium+remote MySQL. The repository is on Bitbucket: it must be modified and pushed from there. The testing environment is a CentOS on a desktop PC. An operator starts the script via virtual display + VNC and resolves a captcha, then the script performs tasks. But it happens that the website disconnects (check + page refresh already exists) or that Flash Plugin crashes. Now the script must be deployed to basic PC users who need it and I need somebody to make it easy e.g.: - help for deployment e.g. in a virtual machine to be replicated - instructions for end users (it's all almost done) - continuous check, script restart and alert via email (crontab) when captcha must been resolved manually It's quite an easy (and cheap) job because all is done, if you are skilled on the aforementioned languages. I'm an experienced developer, so communication is easy. Possible long collaboration for future maintenance. Final milestone on job done.
