Flask based image uploader

I need quick help in designing image uploader module for users with Flask. The flow I have in mind: 1) user select one or more JPG/PNG files and has the ability to rearrange the order JPG/PNG files before proceed uploading. 2) upload the files to a Ubuntu server. If the upload process succeeds, then 3) the module formats the filenames, and 3) the module creates directory to store the files with the new formatted filenames. Finally, 4) the module creates JSON logs consisting (unique_upload_batch_id, timestamp, username_of_the_uploader, status_of_upload, time_duration_of_upload_process, directory_of_the_files, and filenames). Last bit: 5) a summary script to view statistics of the uploads in the past x time periods. I need it in Flask so I can easily integrate it with a current pipeline. Simplifying suggestions and constructive feedback are welcome. Thanks
