question answering system through information extraction

our project is question answering system. based on three modules. information extraction module, question segmentation and answer generation module. project(system) is, we copy text articles(related to Information Technology articles) from website and paste into [login to view URL] that article,our system should extract important information(Information Extraction) and summarization as [login to view URL] also we can ask(by typing) question ralated to articles in my [login to view URL] we ask question,our system should give suitable answer from that Extrated [login to view URL] user ask non related question about that article,system also gives proper error answer. the important thing is project should be developed in python using the technologies NLTK and machine learning is the must. for Information extraction you need to follow this architecture and also you need to create own dataset in machine learning part to train to find entity relation.
