I'd like hire a freelancer who can translate words into other language with google translation. Please refer the attached files for input and read the description which format I want and which languages I need. I have experience with google APIs, having created programs that work with the Youtube Data API. Google Translation of large sets of data is most efficiently processed via the Cloud Translation API, which I am already familiar with the operation of. I also have an understanding of file encoding, as this was an important point in one of my recent python projects, and this is important when dealing with characters outside of the latin alphabet, as appear in your data sets.
