Xamarin Application Development (CRM Phase 1) (RMM Tool Phase 2)

Looking to develop a CRM type application at first, that will manage Customers, Contacts, and in phase 2 - System (webpage, web server, SFTP, FTP, PING, EMAIL, WINDOWS SERVICE, SNMP, etc.) tools and their alerts (Up, Down, unavailable).
Looking for just a simple app to start. Not complicated. Looking for a developer that can work with me over a longer period of time. Just need customers and contacts, for now, to be managed. That will nail down the interface design, the base application components (login, Authentication, the addition of customers, contacts, dashboard creation, user management, database management, etc.).
Only need to evaluate the first part, but do not apply for this position if you're not comfortable doing all the components.
I do not want to work with an agency, only one individual that has a good eye for application design (GUI) and a .net expert.
The initial build is just the CRM only.
Prior to the assignment - I want a full plan of how you intend to build this (details as to classes, what bootstrap you would use, GUI design suggestions, etc. Then you will be rewarded with the project.
This is an application that will require a long-term commitment but can be managed over time.
