I have much experience in R and statistics. Recently, I worked in 2 small projects related to RNA sequencing. The jobs were about pre-processing and removing unwanted variations before analysing. I do not have background in biostatistics so I cannot help you in data analysis and depiction. If the analysis is more about generalised linear models, mixed models, or contingency table, I can still help.
