I am looking to add a new interior and exterior design architect who can help us design new 3D modeling and architecture visualization presentation for our clients. We have many new and ongoing beach resort development projects in our pipeline and would like to find a designer who is well rounded with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and can perform any task needed, which may include 3D Modelling, Animation, Interior-Exterior Design, CAD, Site Development Plans, Walk-through Videos and Virtual Construction Designs (BIM). 1. The first of many projects that we would like a bid on is for the completion of a 3D site development plan, to include all of our proposed amenities, private villas, clubhouse and road network for a 10-hectare beach resort that we are developing. 2. I also would like 3D rendering images produced to showcase the interiors of the private villa designs and the surrounding landscape for the entire development. I can provide you will the designs for the 1 and 2-bedroom private villa and sketch plan of the site development plan which was designed by our local architects and engineers and all the information needed for the planned amenities. When designing, please keep in mind that all of these materials needed are for client presentation purposes, so we must impress them with special effects, lighting and features that can highlight the beauty with images and walk-though videos that are pleasing.
