Hi, My name is Alastair and I am an architectural and construction professional. I am a UK citizen and am based in Estonia. I have over 20 years experience of using AutoCAD and producing accurate and detailed drawings to clients. For your project, I can produce CAD files to your specification. I can produce these from photographs and would probably require some reference dimensions in order to get the basics right first time. If your house is brick, this would be made easier as I can just count the bricks to work out the dimensions. It could also be done by placing a metre stick against the wall when taking photos. I can produce floor plans, external elevations, cross sections etc. I would require some basic information on the construction materials of the house (plasterboard, brick walls etc) and the approximate date of construction (to allow an estimation of material types, dimensions etc).
