interior design and rendering of a small apartment

For an old 54 square mt apartment (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) I need a loft type 3d interior design and 10+ photo-realistic pictures of the final result for demostrating the potential of the apartment. Those images will then be posted on the Internet together with the pictures of the actual apartment on sale. I will provide pictures of the apartment, the address (the building and the surroundings are visible on street view), the rough measures and the floor plant. Deliverables: 1. 3d architectural model of the apartment including furnitures, visible on a tablet with a free design software such as AutoCAD 360 2. 10+ photo-realistic images of the restructured apartment There are some constraints to the restructuring and I will provide you with this information. This work must be done in short time since the style of the restructured apartment will be minimalistic, so I don't expect a lot of furniture and accessories to be modeled. Moreover, furniture don't need to be real, this is not meant to be a real restructuring project, it's an inspiration to let the potential buyer understand the value of the apartment.
