ill be able to create a model in the first 2 days getting back to you with an image in low quality, what it looks like in 3D space finding the angles you want to be rendered. the textures and landscape around the building will take a day to help pop in the environment. the longest part of this would be the render which could take 3 days at an 8K resolution. it should take 8 days max, possibly 6 to finish this project.
