I need assistance with the day to day operations of my cleaning service and need an experienced VA to assist with the following: : Writing Phone Answering Follow-up calls to clients Sending Emails Assist with hiring process ie, screen applicant submissions Research Eventually, I need you to learn our scheduling system & software so that you can: Schedule clients Schedule cleaners Provide HR support to staff Provide real time customer service to clients receiving service I took 2 years off from my business and now I’m in the process of stepping back in so that I can finally grow my business. I really need a cost effective solution to make this happen, so I believe an experienced VIrtural Assistant will be my best asset.

For the past several years I have worked for a private label supplement manufacturer, first as the sales and marketing manager on the custom side then as the customer account manager on the stocked, private label side.  When I started my previous job I immediately was thrown into customer retention as my 1st two clients were 3 weeks late on delivery and had not even been updated in that long, despite calling multiple times every day.
