We need some help...about 5-10 hours/week. If interested please see this page we created for the freelance position. United States or Canada Based Excellent command of the English language. Excellent Grammar and Spelling Skills.. Great on the phone speaking with people. Ability to empathize and help to create Raving Fans (customers) in our businesses. Will read the Raving Fans Book. Attention To Detail as you will conduct back end internet research and compile information on various projects. 1. We have several marketing projects, newsletters and value PDF's we create for our various clients. You will gather information via web research and list information in a word doc. 2. One of our businesses is a Real Estate Agency. You will reach out to current clients…say hello…ensure we are exceeding their expectations. The point is to create Raving Fans with all of our customers and past customers. You'll send them online gifts after a transaction and you will work on creating Raving Fans with past clients too. That's it for now. We have a questionnaire in which we'll send...online interview. Thank you
