The candidate should possess following skills: Job description We are looking for a Sales Trainer (Retail) to design and deliver educational programs for our team. Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our candidate to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals. Candidate profile - Passionate in teaching line. - Prior experience in teaching - Education: Graduate/PG & Technical knowledge in the following domains - A Laptop/Computer with Broadband connection. - Good command over English and any regional language - Freshers can be considered basing on their skills Salary offered: 1, 80,000/- to 2, 40,000/- p.a.
