add some features to my existing web app

i have a rails app where users can add quotes, it is connected to flickr api so that when user add a new quote it adds an image to that quote...

1. i want you to add an option when user is adding a new quote he can now choose from given pictures, i want there to have 10 pictures which user can choose from and that picture will be added to there quote instead of picture from the flickr api.

2. create a download option on the main so that user can download the quote with the picture.

this is an urgent project.
