Hi There, you are looking for a multivendor website where seller can sale their product and and admin can earn commission. to fulfill your criteria there is tons of way. I don't know whey you stick with ROR (Ruby On Rails) where this days many modern and updated framework available in market to deploy any large scale projects. BTW, I'm giving you some of way to complete the tasks. 1)We can use woo-commerce (Dokan or woo-multi vendor) 2) We can use Laravel 5.6 3) We can use your choice ROR. But as a developer i must suggest woo-commerce or laravel. becasue both are 100% customization and we can do anything you want with a top-notch features.
