We own a TeleHealth platform, specifically Remote Patient Monitoring services.
Our customers are Hospital, Clinics and Doctors Group. These entities give care to hundreds and thousands of patients. We provide them with a kit made of a Tablet and 5 Bluetooth devices to measure Blood pressure, Oxygen level, Glucose for Diabetics, Weight and Temperature.
The Tablet has its own internet so no WiFi is needed on the patient's side. For remote areas without cell phone signal, it works with Satellite.
Our App is made of 5 Modules:
Medication Management - Patient can manage his/her medications. Medication Reminder alerts the patient when is time to take medications. Alerts are send to doctor and family members when not in compliance.
Video Conference - Remote consultation with Doctor, Specialist and family members.
Vital Signs - Tablet reminds patient to use the Bluetooth Devices to perform the prescribed test so Doctor can monitor the Vital Signs Remotely.
Wellness - Exercise and Cooking recipes Videos pertaining to the patient's Health condition are available at the Tablet.
Education - Healthcare entity provides information via videos, streaming, web site, pdf document etc to educate patient on his/her health condition and events happening in the community related to health.
We offer this service for a monthly fee per patient and we provide the kit.
