Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the US market, specifically within the Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Consumer Electronics, and Automotive industries. The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of our digital transformation services by establishing strategic partnerships, cultivating client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the technology landscape in these industries and demonstrate a proven track record in generating leads, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Research and analyze the Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Consumer Electronics, and Automotive industries to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our digital transformation services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, industry conferences, and online research.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking all interactions and opportunities using CRM software.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating how our services can address their specific business challenges and objectives.

Collaborate closely with the technical and delivery teams to develop proposals, scope projects, and ensure successful project execution.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals, while maintaining a focus on long-term client relationships.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing our capabilities and expertise.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand professional network.

Requirments:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A technical background in IT or Engineering is a plus.

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a strong track record of success in driving sales and meeting revenue targets.

Extensive knowledge of the Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Consumer Electronics, and Automotive industries, including understanding digital transformation trends, challenges, and opportunities within these sectors.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to create win-win scenarios.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
