Sell software to UK training providers

I have a product which I wish to sell to UK Training providers. These providers are usually government funded providers. Most, if not all providers in today market already use some form of web based software to achieve what my software will help them to achieve. My software presents a huge advantage as it addresses many issues which occur using web based services currently available in the market today and provides a very simplistic solution to these at a fraction of the price. I am looking for a freelancer, in the UK, ideally with knowledge of work based learner (although this is not essential) to sell this product to a substantial list of potential clients I have.
