SEO Forum Posting - All Unique Forums

This is a job for an SEO expert.

I want forum posting with a minimum of 1 link pointing to my website. I need 100 forum posts, all forums should be unique (no 2 forum domains should be same) all forums should be on different C class IPs.

It does not matter to me whether you make use of a forum list or can search for forums. All links should be do follow links and no java script or redirects to another or these sorts of links will be accepted.

I want an excel sheet containing 100 forum post. I have the authority to reject any posting not found to my liking. Do not make posts on adult or gambling sites.
