1. All links must be permanent. 2. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs or spam sites. 3. Link page must have a recent Google cache. 4. Link pages must be related to the the topic of my site 5. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 6. No blacklisted or spam sites. 7. No more than 12 outbound links per page. 8. Links must contain my target anchor text and link to a given page. 9. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 10. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 3 11. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. 12. No sites with sexual, racist or other unethical content. 13. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. You will need to provide me with the following document/spreadsheet before any payment is made: Link site exact URL, Google Page Rank and IP address. I reserve the right not to accept a particular link. Payment will be made once all links are verified.
