I have designed a dress and I would need someone that can sew it to create the dress itself. Therefore, I would need a high-quality sewer and the use of high-quality fabrics. As I live in Tokyo, it would be better if the sewer is in Japan as well. Anyways, I am open to all your proposals. Thank you in advance!
