Secret Shopper / Mystery Shopper - (Basically An Easy Focus Group For Our Online Shopping Experience)

I am looking for secret shoppers to give us a few insights on some of our products which we sell. We’re a small family business, and we retail some of our products on amazon. In order to be successful – we’ll need more insights about our current business. We are looking to hire between 5-10 secret shoppers for a fun, simple task. You’ll be shopping like a normal customer, except you’ll be filling out a few questionnaires at various shopping stages that give us your insights & thoughts on our business. You will need to be a US resident, shop on amazon occasionally, and be able to keep an open mind as you’ll have to pretend that this was an item that you had already intended to purchase. There are no virtual meetings / group meetings / calls – but you will have to know how to use microsoft word OR notepad to answer out the questions. (No experience is needed, and all are welcome to apply. We need diverse opinions. All work expenses will be compensated for. This can lead to similar projects in the future if things go well.) -------------------------------------- Here are some examples of questions that we will ask of you in the questionnaires. They will provide us with brief, simple, yet very powerful insights. EXAMPLE FROM QUESTIONNAIRE ONE - BROWSING STAGE QUESTIONS: > How much did our main image stand out when you’re browsing in the search results? What stood out about it? How does it compare with the competing listings? Is it better, worse, etc. EXAMPLE FROM QUESTIONNAIRE TWO - SHOPPING STAGE QUESTIONS: > Did you understand our bullet points & description clearly? Did any word or phrase confuse you? EXAMPLE FROM QUESTIONNAIRE THREE - PRODUCT STAGE QUESTIONS: > Although we’re already working on improving our packaging, what are your thoughts with the current packaging so far? What would you have liked to see on it? What do you think about the color scheme? [*****Please also see the attached document for more sample questions.*****] -------------------------------------- These are pretty simple questions. We don’t need long, descriptive answers – instead, just whatever comes to mind! There is no “right” or “wrong” answer. No recommended answer length. Only an open mind, and an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door of secret shopping! How it works: You’ll be given the funds to get the item, which you’ll also get to keep after. Then, you will be given 3 short questionnaires to fill out – 1 at each stage, similar to the sample questionnaire document. You should be comfortable typing your answer on a word document or notepad. Each questionnaire should take about 10-15 minutes for you to complete the entire thing. I don’t need detailed answers, and you can work at your own pace. We might have brief text dialogue here and there. But, that’s pretty much it. A few select applicants may also be selected for an additional second project immediately after this one, if they want - involving using the product a bit more & making some picture content with it. But that’s another conversation for another time. --- So all in all, this focus group is a fun & simple opportunity! This project pays $20. You also get an additional $25 for the product cost, and you keep the product afterwards. Serious inquiries only.
