The game is called Sideswipe Enhanced and is a small completed C# ball game.
I'd like DirectX to be implemented and the colors to be fixed as noted below. The previous coder was unable to fix these problems.
The game can be downloaded at the link below if the files don't attach properly.

GAMEPLAY SPEED
The gameplay is slow on one of my computers with a desktop 1 GB Nvida video card yet plays much faster and at the proper speed on a lower end commputer with integrated ATI/AMD Radeon Mobility graphics. Perhaps, although less likely, the speed could be related to the version of the net framework used for compiling. The game likely needs directx for better speed performance.
LOAD SPEED
When the game first loads, it's slow on both computers.
SPHERE COLOR CHANGE PROBLEM
The player's red sphere becomes a lighter red or closer to orange when different file menu options are selected for Sphere Set 2 and 3. The Set 1 player sphere appears to remain red. The colors of the other spheres appear to be a slightly different shade than the original graphic files. The sphere colors should be the same as the original files.
FILE MENU
If the Numbers Style 'Nixie Tube Glow' is selected and the game is then exited, the next time the game loads, the Digital LED numbers are displayed instead of the Nixie Tube Glow numbers even though Nixie Tube Glow is selected in the File menu.
Hello,
I'm a C# developer at a big company.
I developed few simple games in XNA so I know a few thing about it, and I also worked with DirecX in C#. If you choose me i will make all of my best.
Best regards,
Thomas
I am a computer games programmer and can complete this project in three days. DirectX is a platform and the game would need rebuilding from the ground up so this is not possible straight away. I can improve the gameplay and the speed and can fix the color. I am new to this website and am looking for that first project. Thanks
