Architect and lead a dev team to create a multitenant SaaS app using jBPM or Camunda

Core: ⦁ Configurable Workflow management - System will have Standard default process flows defined by default and can be used as is or can be configured as per individual advisor requirement ⦁ web+mobile or even a Responsive Web App ⦁ Multi tenant database – each user's data is isolated and remains invisible to other user ⦁ All functionality exposed as Rest APIs for integrating with internal systems and vendor applications ⦁ Integration with CRM (vTiger) System needs to be ⦁ Scalable ⦁ Configurable and easy to upgrade or add new modules and functions ⦁ Flexible and easy to integrate with vendor APIs like cvlkar, UUID, and other financial services ⦁ Architecture need to take care of basic things like Single sign in for multiple applications, role based access, data security, audit logging, API management, system integration, rule engine….. ⦁ Secure The scope can be expanded to include ⦁ CRM implementation (prospect management, customer management, ticketing…..) ⦁ Document management and versioning Business: Wealth Advisory services to advise 'High Net Worth' individuals with financial planning and investment planning. The investment planning and advise covers all investment products including stocks, bonds, term deposits, insurance, real estate, bullion etc. Current need: A CRM and customer engagement process workflow automation for their Investment Advisers to acquire new clients, provide advice to existing clients (the advice needs to be documented and recorded for compliance purposes), and engage with existing customers by sending them relevant content, reminders, greetings etc. at present they have about 100 employees and plan to offer the workflow automation as a SaaS platform to independent advisers or even to other Wealth Advisory companies. There also needs to be a customer facing area where the customers would be able to Login See their financial investment status via a dashboard Interact with their adviser Pay fees and charges online The number of customers is around 500 now but could be very large when they go into the SaaS model and bring on board independent advisers and other companies.
