Automated Printing from a list with Bartender Designer Label Software

I have what I think should be a simple request regarding the Bartender Label Design software. I just downloaded v 2019. I have it already setup to a database which contains hundreds of inventory parts in rows. The system is working fine, and I have it printing to a Zebra GX430t. Here is my request. I need it to have the flexibilty of printing records of my choosing, from a list. Yes, I can go to Print / Selected Records / Select Records and choose from that checklist, but that is tedious when now I have to print 10 specific labels, later 25, after that 16, etc. What I want is an automated way of entering a premade list of records into Bartender, and having Bartender print out just those records. Attached is sample pic of the desire. The example shows only 7 records, but this list may vary. Again, the solution must be quicker than the manual entry method.
