Create entity diagram for Dynamics 365

Our business segment is offline courses that’s regulated by the law. We have approx. 400-600 students attending every month. The courses vary from 1 day up to 14 days. We use WordPress and WooCommerce to sell places on the different courses. We also have a sales department taking bookings through phone. We use Microsoft Dynamics XRM 365 to keep track of everything. We have created some custom entities and workflows. At this point it is basic. After using Dynamics for a year, we have decided to invest in custom development to increase productivity. We need a discussion partner with in depth experience as an architect of dynamics XRM. Our goal is to create an entity diagram.
