Custom CheckMK Plugin

I'm trying to write a custom plugin and don't understand why it's not working. I just need someone to point me in the right direction and show me what i'm doing wrong. It shouldn't take long if you know what you're doing. It's not a difficult plugin - literally just polling a specific OID and getting that output into checkMKs graph.
