dockerflow/docker-flow-proxy will do the job You don't really need nginx if all that you are doing with nginx is directing proxy. If you still need help, I can share my stack file, price as quoted. I use portainer as well so my stack should in theory work for you. I have 3 nodejs & django app ingressed this way.
