Text Scrambler Software

Are you able to develop software that will: 1. Scramble text to make it unique for Google search engines 2. Have a built-in translator to many languages 3. Have a built-in plagiarism detector? For operating system.... I'm not sure. I'd like it to be usable for as many people as possible, no matter the operating system. I believe it would need to be connected to the internet to scan for plagiarism. I think it is best to have it work only with an Internet connection, so it would be a website software. Also, in thinking more about this software, I'd also like to add this feature: - instead of the clients copying and pasting the content into the spinner, I'd like them to be able to just type in the title they'd like to use, and then have the software scour the internet for a similar article and automatically produce the spun content. - we could also later add features, such as having an editor take a look at the spun content to ensure it reads properly (unless you can create a spinner where it cannot be detected that it was spun) - we'd also need to track their IP addresses so we can keep track of how many times they have used the software Would you be able to design this in the form of a website? We can allow people free access to something like 5 uses at a maximum of 300 words each. After that, we could increase to unlimited access.
