Hi there! Saving your dxf drawings to a network path with special naming is no problem and I would suggest a VBA macro in order to do this. I have a lot of experience in developing macros and add-ins for SolidWorks and I could upload the completed macro in about 2 days. Greetings from Germany, Peter

Hello there; I am using a similar system. It is safer to do this in the PDM data system than to do this with a macro. In the PDM data system, the system proceeds as follows. 1- When the part design is done and the approval is sent to the Admin, if the admin approves, the SQL task runs and creates a new one by deleting the old dwg file from the folder. 2- The PDM system monitors the revision information by itself and increases the revision data by one at the approval stage. It is both difficult to follow this process with a macro and the possibility of error is high. This process is done securely in PDM and SQL database. If you definitely want to do this with Macro, I can share my own ready macros. If you want to ask or discuss about the subject, you can send a message.
