I have a solution to send out emails, and want to include three links into the email. -One link that they can click if they are satisified -One link if they think it's ok -One Link if they dont think it's ok. My project is to be able to register what they click on this into an database (Azure or other SQL database) - THinking of making a webpage that this links to, that just registerering the clicks and inserting it to the database. The links need to have some extra info, example invoice number, so that we can identify the replays in the database. Think this is a easy project. A simple webpage with the insert function to a sql database when called. And inform how the link in the email should look like.

Hello, I have done similar tasks while doing my web based projects using PHP & MySQL, HTML, and CSS. So for your project I recommend that the link in the email will open up a PHP page which is styled well with CSS. So the page will look good and be attractive to the user so that they can give you the required feedback. The page will have buttons (I presume 3 buttons) where each button will carry a particular feedback message. Now the PHP will send the feedback to the database (i recommend MySQL but we can use any that you want). I hope this summarizes well how I intend to do your project.
