I need an app in which I could play audios and videos, I have few requirements: (1)minimalistic and beautiful UI. (2) I want feature of changing the audio speed (×1.25/×1.5/×2.0) (3) and also a feature of "jumping" 15 sec backwards/forward. (4) i want the audio to work even if i am not currently in the app, 'background working' Budget: 15$ (little flexible with the price)
