I am Irish, currently living in Portugal. I have extensive software development and general computer skills. As part of my studies in sociology I have worked closely with data for quantitative research. I specialize in data analysis using the R programming language. Using R to reproduce the tables and graphs in the report should not be too difficult, maybe the graphs can be extended and clarified. Kaplan-Meier plots can be done using the "survive" package in R. To present the finished article I would suggest using an R markdown file which allows to incorporate the r code and graphs/tables along side the text description in a very clear and easy to read fashion. In my profile portfolio I have links to some examples. Also I can easily convert the results into a slideshow if you want to use it in future presentations.
