Submit PRs to Free PR Websites

I have two press releases. I would like you to submit the PRs to as many free Press Release services as possible. Each Press Release (2) must be submitted to every Press Release service. A minimum of 30 of these PR web sites must allow you to place hyperlinks in the Press Release -- I will tell you what to hyperlink. You must do this over a period of 5 days spread out and provide me with an excel spreadsheet with the link of each Press release Site you submit to EACH day you submit -- this means 5 spreadsheets. Please PM me with the number of press release websites you will submit these to, the number with PR4 or greater, and how many will allow you to submit articles with hyperlinks.
