Content Writing for IT company website for mobile app development company - repost

I am looking for some one who has expertise in writing content for IT company website, I am getting a website developed which basically focuses on developing mobile applications on multiple platforms so for that I would like to hire a content writer. The qualification what I am looking for is: - A content writer who has experience in writing content for IT company website and any experience in writing content for mobile app development website will be a plus. - Someone who can not only write things focused on technical aspect but write content that attracts people, simple but engaging, engaging so that people stick to website and get interested, may be using social aspect, may be starting things with quotes, or anything that makes things sensible, if you know what I mean, you are the writer so you know better. - Someone who understands punctuation s, commas. - Someone who can show me links to what they have written ??
